Where do you ship to?
I am currently only shipping within the USA but have plans to make worldwide shipping available in the upcoming months.
Rolo Tomassi cushions are also available through our Bandcamp page www.rolotomassi.bandcamp.com/merch which offers worldwide shipping from the UK.
Who do you ship with?
All packages are sent out with USPS.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final, I do not accept cancellations, refunds or exchanges. If an items received is faulty please contact me as soon as possible.
What are the care instructions for cushions?
I would recommend removing the case and spot cleaning with a sponge and some gentle soap.
Do you make custom or personalised orders?
Sometime in the future I may offer availability on custom orders. Please check the Instagram page @nightofthelivingthread_ for any updates on this.
Once orders have left the shipping facility they are in the hands of USPS. On a case by case basis I can help with lost packages, but if a package is marked DELIVERED, I have to assume that the package has been delivered. Any further help with delivered packages must be managed by the buyer via USPS.
